Where can you teach with BASI Level 2?
- Suitable for UK indoor snow centres and beginner slopes
No work permit required for UK nationals in UK. EU/EEA nationals require standard UK work visa post-Brexit.
- Cantonal work permit required
- Some cantons may require additional local qualification — verify with the specific canton ski school
EU/EEA passport holders: work permit obtainable via employer under CH-EU bilateral agreements. Non-EU/EEA nationals: quota-based work permit required, depends on employer sponsorship and annual canton quotas.
